Introduction to Pilates: For those clients who are new to Pilates! This introduction course will cover the Stott ® Pilates 5 Basic Principles and how to apply them to a selection of warm-up and some essential exercises.
Pre-requisite: None

Essential Pilates: This class will build upon the Basic Principles of the Stott ® Pilates Method to work the core and extremities. Most essential exercises will be taught at this stage to build mobility, control and stability.
Pre-requisite: Intro to Pilates

Essential Pilates with Props: For those clients who want more challenge and variety in their Pilates workout. Small pieces of equipment will be used (one or combination of flex band, toning balls, fitness circle) in each class. The flow of this class is smooth and quick in pace.
Pre-requisite: Essential Pilates

Bosu/Ball: A challenging Pilates workout for balance and to build further strength, endurance and flexibility. Core control, strength and endurance are a must for this class!
Pre-requisite: Essential Pilates

Guelph Fitness Boot Camp (Semi-Private Classes): is an indoor/outdoor group Program designed for individuals like you who are looking to jump start a fitness regimen. This non-military type Program is fun, effective and challenging – you will sweat, feel pumped, leaving you energized and strong!
