Are you a busy woman on the go? You want to be fit, but you can't seem to fit regular workouts into your busy life?

Problem solved! will come directly to you and train you in the comfort of your home, apartment gym or office—even in the great outdoors. No matter what your fitness goals, we can create a program, especially geared towards women, to guide and motivate you.

We work with all types of women—from Bootcamp beginners to accomplished Pilates students—in the location of their choice. Just get a group of 3 or more ladies together, and she’ll accommodate your busy schedules with customized Personal Training, Pilates classes and Bootcamp workouts that will help take you to the next level of fitness.

Getting To Know Fitness – The PerFitU’s 4-week introductory program.

Building The PerFit U – Helps women shed inches and increase muscle tone.

Fat Loss to The PerFit U –For female clients who want to lose 20 pounds or more and focus on healthy, consistent weight loss.

Do it Yourself – For experienced female clients who want to change or ramp up an existing exercise program.

Stronger at 60 – Helps aging female clients gently ease joint and muscle pain associated with day-to-day activities.

Personalized Programs – Includes fitness testing, postural assessment, program design, health analysis and before/after pictures.

Pilates Classes – For beginner, intermediate and experienced women students, in-house Pilates will increase core strength and stability, improve posture, and build longer, leaner muscles, they include: Introduction to Pilates, Essential Pilates, Essential Pilates with Props and Bosu/Ball

Group Fitness Bootcamp – This semi-private, indoor/outdoor, non-military-style program is a fun and motivating mix of cardio and weight training. This workout will kick your butt into the best shape ever ladies!
